Especially when you're a teenager.

When we’re young, we’re taught that saying “sorry” makes everything better.

When we get a bit older, there’s a bit more responsibility involved.

Part of growing up is realizing that while you may not be responsible for the things that happen to us, but you still have to solve the problems they create.

Here are the 5 Warning Signs of a Toxic Friendship All Toxic friendships are similar.

You and your friend likely never intended for your friendship to turn toxic, but somehow it did.

If this is a friendship you truly value, there are a few things you can do to try to repair it.

  • Say You’re Sorry

    … but only if you mean it

  • Let Them Know How Much You Appreciate Them

  • Set Some Boundaries

    Establishing limits and expectations = Healthy Friendships

  • Walk Away

    When all else fails, you may have to consider breaking up…
