Individual counseling for college students and young adults struggling with identity, negative self-talk, anxiety, depression, self-harm, or low self-esteem. Physical office located in Woodbridge, CT. Telehealth counseling available to people in Connecticut and New York.

*NOTE: All counseling clients must be physically located in Connecticut or New York at the time of session. - We don’t make the licensing laws, but we still gotta follow them!
