✨ Where the Therapy Magic Happens ✨
You will find the counseling therapy room with Mallory Grimste, LCSW to be the perfect balance between calming and friendly.
The counseling office is physically based in Woodbridge, CT, though if you’re not ready for in-office appointments, or if you prefer telehealth counseling, I can also meet with you virtually as long as you’re physically located in Connecticut or New York* at the time of your session.
*I don’t make the licensing laws, but I still gotta follow them!
Here’s How To Get Started:
STEP 1: Click the “CONTACT NOW!” button + read the answers to our Frequently Asked Questions because we value your time.
STEP 2: Select a day/time for your Phone Screening + click “confirm.” Completed with the parent only if the potential client is under 18.
STEP 3: Fill out the form + check the box to confirm the potential client will be physically located in Connecticut or New York.
At the time you chose, you’ll get a call from a team member to complete your Phone Screening and review the logistics of how we work to make sure everyone’s on the same page about what you can expect.
You’ll then be invited to complete some prework in our Client Portal and schedule your face-to-face Client Assessment with Mallory Grimste, LCSW where you’ll collaboratively decide together if counseling or another next step would serve you and/or your teen best.
