I’d love to share their direct words and experiences with you here, but we highly value and respect your privacy and confidentiality as a pretty standard and important part of the therapy process.
One thing you need to know about me is I am NOT your typical homework-giving, cardigan-wearing, head-bobbing therapist. I grew up in Jersey so you can expect that I’ll be clear, direct + honest with you.
I’ll only offer my feedback after I ask your permission of course. And if you say no, or not yet, I’ll respect that because I trust you.

When one teen learns the skills they need to hang in there and communicate their feelings more effectively, through counseling, we inadvertently help all those they engage with on a regular or even one-time basis.
And yes- this includes relationships with friends, siblings, teachers, and even their parents :)
